Retourneren
Our return-policy
U kunt binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, uw product aanmelden voor retour via info@robinsmede.nl. Vervolgens heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen de tijd om het product te retourneren.
Let hierbij op dat de verpakking ongeopend en onbeschadigd dient te zijn en het product in nieuwstaat en/of ongebruikt is.
Zodra wij het product retour hebben ontvangen, wordt de aankoopprijs van de producten zo snel mogelijk, maar uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen terugbetaald. Dit doen wij via hetzelfde rekeningnummer waarmee de bestelling oorspronkelijk werd betaald.
Het kan zijn dat het producten beschadigingen hebben opgelopen. Wij houden hier het recht om de vermindering in waarde te verrekenen. Hierover zullen wij u dan informeren.
De kosten voor retourneren nemen wij graag van u over.
Rembourszendingen worden in geen enkel geval geaccepteerd.

You can register your product for return within 14 days of receipt via info@robinsmede.nl. You then have another 14 days to return the product.
Please note that the packaging must be unopened and undamaged and that the product is in new condition and/or unused.
As soon as we have received the product back, the purchase price of the products will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. We do this via the same account number with which the order was originally paid.
It is possible that the products have been damaged. We reserve the right to set off the reduction in value. We will then inform you about this.
We are happy to take over the costs for returns from you.
Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted under any circumstances.
